"A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were arrested for shoplifting after they were seen taking DVDs out of packaging and hiding them in their pants pockets at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 7:05 p.m. Aug. 26. The 19-year-old also was taken into custody on a Cudahy Police Department warrant for overdue library materials."
