Vatican II: A Fresh Look is the F. Gerald Martin Pastoral Ministry Conference August 6-8, 2012, the last of this year's We Are The Church conference series.
Bill Huebsch is scheduled to give some of the presentations at the upcoming conference. His brief bio includes that "In 1990 he established The Vatican II Project which contributes to the effort being made within the Church to keep alive the spirit and energy of Vatican II."
The meaning of "fresh look" in the conference title appears to be along the lines of the seeing your classmates at a 50 year reunion.
