Candace Romano reports from the Franklin Public School District's February 20, 2012 hearing on facilities planning, the first of two. This was on the possible responses to increasing enrollment. The second is set for March 19, 2012 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., in the Forest Park Middle School cafeteria, on preliminary solutions.
