That article summarized why I drifted away from the Church in the late eighties- early nineties as a young adult. Viewpoints like that are why my husband became an atheist. People like the author are why no one bothers to go to mass anymore or knows what Catholics believe. No wonder we have such a massive loss of faith! This writer is from my parents generation!
