James J. Malinske (1951-2005) R.I.P.

"James J. Malinske died January 16, 2005, after 53 wonderful years. Born February 17, 1951, James resided in Milwaukee, WI before relocating to Phoenix, AZ in 1987. Beloved son of Joseph J. Malinske, Jr. (deceased) and Joye H. Malinske of Winter Haven, FL; and dear brother of Peter J. Malinske of Winter Haven, FL and Paul J. Malinske; along with his family of wife Linda, and children Sara and Joseph, of Monmouth Junction, NJ. Survived by his loving daughter Jacky Yzquierdo, and cherished grandchildren Meaghan and Avery Johnson. Further survived by his sweetheart Sharon Marcellette and her entire family. James was a successful attorney and member of the AZ Bar Association. Graduate of Marquette University High School, Marquette University, Member Phi Beta Kappa, and Marquette University Law School. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday Jan. 21st at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale. Donations may be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association - Arizona Affiliate, 9034 N. 23rd Ave., #8, Phoenix, AZ 85021-2850."
