Our pastor passed along reassurance that "The Faith In Our Future Trust is not part of the Archdiocese" and so donors to it need not be concerned about the pending bankruptcy of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
As I recall from law school, a challenge would claim the Trust is, in fact, not independent of theArchbankrupt Archdiocese.
On a hunch, I checked the domain registration ("Whois") of the Trust's website. As I suspected, the results included:

...Probably not that significant, but, still, it's not reassuring that there's at least one context in which the inquiry Whois Faith In Our Future gets the response Archdiocese of Milwaukee.

Reagan remembered
Speaking of inaugural addresses, Gov. Ronald Reagan's first presidential inaugural address (1981) included the often-incompletely-quoted "In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem."
